Opening firm.
'A' lacks a definition in the melodic lines.
'C' Solo line a bit obscured by heavy accompaniment. Trombones dynamic, well done Bass Trombone.
'F' Was not quite so successful.
'I' Fanfare just occasional grope but rhythmically well disciplined.
'J' Sonorous - Nice Euphonium and Band. Euphonium solo well handled by a most musical player.
'K' Delicate solo playing. Nice percussion touches. Some strain evident at the end.
'N' Nice Britones and ensemble. Adagio well balanced chording. Horns entry ' f ' excellent.
'O' Nice change.
'P' Great accelerando. Bar 3 not together.
'S' Comfortable speed and a good start to the fugue. Dynamics great - and a full blooded ending. There was an occasional lack of clarity in the demanding technical passages.

Good opening and some excitement too - good dynamics.
Trombones could define their solo passages a little better.
'I' Fanfare safely played - only slight slips.
'J' Good Falstaff entry. Euphonium shapes the music well. Pauses negotiated well.
'K' The music flows well here. Solo Cornet/Soprano play a good part.
'N' Link to adagio - Good. Adagio, balance & ppp fine. Falstaff re-enters excellent!
'P' Not quite under control.
'Q' Good accelerando.
'S' All fugal entries heard as they should be. Not all parts heard with clarity through to the close.
A good performance, not quite reaching the heights.
